Yoga hasn’t fixed me or changed me, but it has helped me to understand myself. In the years leading up to my feet hitting a yoga mat for the first time, I was suffering from postpartum depression and I felt out of control. That first day on my mat, I experienced the power of yoga, the calming of my mind, and the physical abilities of my body. I knew in that moment I had found my path in life. I am sarcastic, honest and grounded and I give a kick’in class. Let me use what I’ve learned on my journey to show you how strong and capable you are.
