Eva is so excited to be part of your yoga journey. She specializes in working with people who are interested in the benefits of exploring a mind-body practice that improves every aspect of life. If you’re wanting to feel greater emotional balance, more of a sense of ease in your body, a deepening clarity of mind, and an empowering connection to your true purpose —Eva would love to invite you to her class. The classes do not require that you already be flexible, strong and focused. They’re for regular people who want to grow, heal and get closer to their best selves. Eva fell in love with yoga after her first class in 2006. The deep relaxation she felt afterward and the newly created space in her mind and body was transforming for her. The benefits only kept increasing: stress relief, feeling more at home in her body, and developing her mental ability to focus on what she wants in her life. Eva lives in Plainfield with her husband, daughter and two cats. She finished her 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training with Theresa Willson Yoga in Plainfield in 2016. Eva also completed 15 hours of Yin Yoga study with
