Kristen is forever learning and evolving. Always busy and running around, Kristen first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2001 looking for some inner peace and quiet! Instant fascination kept her practicing on and off until in 2013 when she began to deepen her practice more regularly. In 2014, with some encouragement she enrolled in the 200 Hour Teaching Training Program at Prairie Yoga. This formal practice deepened her understanding of yoga philosophy and emphasis on body aligned asana. She encourages students to listen, experience, and re-discover their inner self while being guided safely and intelligently through class.
