Ashley Perez

Ashley teaches in both Hatha and Vinyasa styles, working with students from beginner to advanced. Using techniques such as breath work, meditation, and adjustments where needed, Ashley draws from her training at Moksha Yoga to provide students with a total yoga experience.
Ashley uses Young Living Essential Oils as a part of her practice; and she uses her knowledge as a plant-based chef to be a resource to students and teachers alike in areas such as healthy eating, nutrition, and how to create fun and innovative recipes for yourself and family.
Her joyful approach to practice and teaching speaks of a deep relationship with yoga and a desire to help others achieve their best on the mat as well as off.
