Everyone will work within their own ability. \u00a0Yoga Your Way is a variation of a traditional Hatha (physical practice) yoga class that works with you on the poses (asana), but without the quick flow of a faster-paced class. Yoga Your Way uses props when you need them, and teaches you to adapt the practice to your body in a way that promotes alignment and links breath to movement.
