You may have specific modification needs that you You may want to address specific issues. You may want to spend time working on particular asanas (poses) \u2013 for example, working on inversions or standing poses. You may want to start out with a couple of private sessions if you\u2019re a brand-new student before coming to open classes. You may want to brush up on your practice if you\u2019ve been off your mat for a while.<\/p>\n<p>No matter what the reason, private sessions allow you to work closely with a teacher who\u2019s going to create sequences just for you.
